To cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is possible up to 12 hours before.

Bookings can be made from 24 hours ahead and up to 90 days in advance.

Lash lifts, brow lamination and tinting need a free patch test at least 48 hours beforehand.
