We collect the contact details you provide (name, email, phone and any booking notes) to manage appointments and respond to enquiries. If you create an optional customer account, we also store your saved profile details and your preference about promotional emails. We never sell your data.

Account holders can update their details, withdraw promotional email consent, or delete their login in My Account. Deleting an account does not automatically delete the salon's appointment records, which may be retained where needed for business or legal purposes. To ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of other personal data, email morenaturalbeauty@outlook.com.

Promotional emails are not enabled as part of customer accounts. If introduced later, marketing preferences and unsubscribe requests must be honoured.
